In 2001, with a deep love of nature and plants, aged 26, I knew I wanted to work outdoors transforming beautiful places. I moved to rural Mayfield, put up a postcard in the local shop and by the end of the day had full time work. For the first few years i worked in smaller gardens, learning my plants, learning my trade and loving every minute of it. My days filled with blue skies, birdsong and hard work!

In 2006 it got a bit bigger. I started managing very large gardens and estates. I built a team of 9 landscape gardeners, each with a specialist skill and we started managing 200+ acre estates, forests, extensive grounds, and large design and build projects. Landlines Estate Managers was born. I worked abroad, designing and building a garden in southern Italy, in the Czech Republic and in Andalusia, Spain.

After many years doing the thing I loved, I went off to do an office job to do something I didn't. 

So I'm back now and gardens In Sussex are once again in good hands. Good Hands Gardeners!
